摘要
近年来极端天气偶有发生,城市防洪态势愈发严峻,汛期雨水情特征分析对城市水旱灾害防御、水资源合理调度工作有着重要意义。2021年汛期北京市降水量远高于常年,达786 mm,是20世纪50年代末以来的首次,密云水库水位突破历史极值。采用多种水文统计方法,全面分析2021年汛期雨水情数据,综合对比历史资料,从雨情、水库水情、河道水情和地下水等4个方面进行阐述,为当下北京市水旱灾害防御工作提供最新数据支撑。
In recent years,extreme weather events happened occasionally,and the situation of urban flood control has become more and more severe.It was significant to analysis the rain and water regime characteristics during the flood season for the prevention of urban flood disasters and the rational dispatch of water resources.The rainfall in Beijing during the 2021 flood season is much higher than normal,reach⁃ing 786 mm,which is the first time since the late 1950s.The water level of Miyun Reservoir made the highest record.In this paper,we used variety of hydrological statistical methods to analyze the hydrologi⁃cal data including rainfall,reservoirs,rivers,and groundwater resources in the flood season of 2021.These results provided the latest data support for the current flood and drought disaster prevention work in Beijing.
