超微血管成像联合TI-RADS分类诊断甲状腺结节良恶性效能评估 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研究超声微血管成像(SMI)联合甲状腺影像报告与数据系统(TI-RADS)在诊断甲状腺结节良恶性中的诊断效能。方法:回顾性分析106例患者共118个实性甲状腺结节的二维超声、SMI图像,并进行TI-RADS分类,对照手术病理结果,分析各种诊断方法的敏感度及特异度,绘制ROC曲线,比较曲线下面积(AUC)。结果:TI-RADS分类诊断的敏感度为91.67%,AUC为0.905;联合SMI后诊断的敏感度为97.22%,AUC为0.915;联合后AUC大于联合前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SMI联合TI-RADS分类可提高甲状腺良恶性结节的诊断效能。 Objective: Evaluate the efficacy of superb microvascular imaging combined with ACR TI-RADS classification in diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods: Ultrasonoscopy and SMI images of 106 patients with 118 thyroid nodules were analyzed and classified by TI-RADS comparing with surgical pathology findings. ROC curve, sensitivity,specificity and AUC were analyzed. Results: In 118 nodules there are 72 malignant nodules and 46 benign nodules. The sensitivity of TI-RADS and TI-RADS combined with SMI is 91.67% and 97.22%, AUC is 0.905 and 0.915(P<0.05). Conclusion:SMI combined with TI-RADS may improve the accuracy of diagnosis in benign and malignant thyroid nodules.
