铝锂合金夹层的铆接均匀性 被引量:4

摘要 针对2060-T8E30铝锂合金在全夹层厚度内的铆接均匀性问题,首先采用Abaqus软件建立了原1/4几何结构的有限元对称模型,再通过相同牌号铝锂合金夹层材料及同一牌号规格铆钉的自动钻铆实验,从镦头高度、镦头直径和干涉量3个方面验证了有限元模型的正确性。然后以铆接后的铆钉直径样本标准差为衡量指标,运用该模型研究了压铆力、钉孔间隙以及铆钉长度对铝锂合金夹层铆接均匀性的影响。结果表明,2060-T8E30铝锂合金的铆接均匀性随压铆力的增大而降低,随钉孔间隙的增大而降低,随铆钉长度的增加而提高。对于厚度为4 mm的2060-T8E30铝锂合金夹层,在配合NAS1097AD6-6铆钉进行自动铆接时,推荐压铆力23 kN、孔径Φ4.84~Φ4.92 mm、铆钉长度8.80~10.40 mm。 Aiming at the riveting uniformity of 2060-T8 E30 Al-Li alloy in the full thickness of the sandwich, firstly, a 1/4 finite element symmetric model of the original geometric structure was established using Abaqus software. The automatic drilling and riveting experiments with the same Al-Li alloy sandwich material and the same rivet were performed to verify the validation of the finite element model from three aspects, namely the tail height, the tail diameter and the interference. Then, taking the sample standard deviation of the deformed rivet diameter as the measurement index, the model was used to investigate the influence of squeeze force, rivet-hole clearance and rivet length on the riveting uniformity of Al-Li alloy sandwich. The results show that the riveting uniformity of 2060-T8 E30 Al-Li alloy decreases with the increase of squeeze force, decreases with the increase of rivet-hole clearance, and increases with the increase of rivet length. For 2060-T8 E30 Al-Li alloy sandwich with thickness of 4 mm, when the automatic riveting with NAS1097 AD6-6 rivets is carried out, the recommended squeeze force is 23 kN, hole diameter is Φ4.84-Φ4.92 mm, and rivet length is 8.80-10.40 mm.
