分析高职院校图书馆在相关政策、教育机构、技术进步等方面助力"双高计划"的条件,探究其在建设理念、服务能力、服务功能、信息化建设等方面面临的挑战,进而提出转变建设格局、提高信息服务能力、拓展空间服务功能、推动信息化建设等高职院校图书馆助力"双高计划"的策略。

This paper analyzes the conditions of higher vocational college library assisting "Double High Plan" from the related policy,educational structure and technological progress,probes into the challenges faced from the construction concept,service capability,service function,informatization construction,ect.,furthermore,it puts forward strategies of higher vocational college library assisting "Double High Plan" from the aspects of changing the construction pattern,improving information service capability,expanding space service function,promoting informatization construction and so on.
