胶体金法和化学发光法用于巨细胞病毒感染的诊断 被引量:1

Application of colloidal gold and chemiluminescence in diagnosis of cytomegalovirus infection

摘要 目的探讨化学发光法和胶体金法在巨细胞病毒感染诊断中的应用。方法选取2020年7-11月在石河子妇幼保健院进行孕前健康检查的465名育龄期妇女,同时采用化学发光法和胶体金法检测巨细胞病毒IgM和IgG抗体,比较两种方法检测结果的差异和一致性。结果胶体金法检测巨细胞病毒IgG、IgM的阳性率为分别是94.19%和2.80%,化学发光法检测巨细胞病毒的IgG、IgM的阳性率分别是88.81%和2.58%;两种方法检测巨细胞病毒IgG的阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Kappa=0.438,两种方法中高度一致;两种方法检测IgM的阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),Kappa=0.794,两种方法的一致性极好。结论胶体金法检测巨细胞病毒IgG和IgM的阳性率高于化学发光法,可作为巨细胞病毒感染的筛查指标。 Objective To explore the application of chemiluminescent immunoassay(CLIA)and colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay(GICA)in the diagnosis of cytomegalovirus(CMV)infection.Methods A total of 465 women of childbearing age who underwent pre-pregnancy health examination in Shihezi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July to November,2020 were enrolled.CLIA and GICA were used to detect CMV IgM and IgG,and the differences and consistency of the two methods were compared.Results The positive rate of CMV IgG and IgM was94.19%and 2.80%,respectively by GICA,and 88.81%and 2.58%respectively by CLIA.The difference of positive rate of IgG was statistically significant(P<0.05),Kappa=0.438,which showed highly consistent between the two methods.There was no statistical significance in the IgM positive rate(P>0.05),and Kappa=0.794,indicated excellent consistency between the two methods.Conclusion The positive rates of GICA for detecting CMV IgG and IgM were higher than that of CLIA.GICA could be used to screen human CMV infection.
