双系统耦合平衡法在线计算烧结冷却机漏风率 被引量:2

摘要 针对目前烧结冷却机漏风率测量方法的实施过程复杂、时效性差等问题,本文提出双系统耦合平衡法用于测算烧结冷却机漏风率。具体方法:(1)根据余热锅炉和冷却机相互耦合的特点,建立余热锅炉和冷却机双系统模型;(2)利用余热锅炉热量平衡模型计算出进入锅炉烟气的流量,即耦合点流量,根据这一流量再利用冷却机系统质量平衡模型计算出漏风率。该方法应用于某钢铁厂360 m^(2)带冷机的漏风率测试,测试的平均漏风率为47.5%。应用结果表明:新方法可在线计算漏风率,方便快捷,克服了传统方法测量难度大、时效性差的缺点。 Aiming at the problems of complicated implementation process and poor timeliness of current sintering cooler air leakage rate measurement methods,the dual-system coupling balance method is provided to measure the air leakage rate of sintering cooler.Specific methods:1)According to the characteristics of the mutual coupling of the waste heat boiler and the cooler,a dual-system model of the waste heat boiler and the cooler is established;2)The heat balance model of the waste heat boiler is used to calculate the flow of flue gas into the boiler,that is,the flow at the coupling point,and then the air leakage rate is calculated by using the mass balance model of cooler system according to this flow.This method is applied to a 360 m^(2) air leakage rate test with a cooler in a steel plant,and the average air leakage rate tested is 47.5%.The results show that the new method can calculate the online air leakage rate conveniently and fastly,which overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional method of measurement difficulty and poor timeliness.
