摘要
环冷机是影响烧结矿冷却过程热效应的一个重要设备。环冷机风量是计算烟气潜热回收中的一个重要参数,而漏风率的准确测量则是一个难点。本文通过分析烧结矿冷却过程中的物质和能量流动平衡关系,建立环冷机漏风率的计算模型,通过简单的热工测量获取实时数据,再结合烟气温度数据拟合的烟气分布函数,便可快速计算出环冷机的漏风率;最后开发出漏风率计算程序,实现离线自动计算;将某钢铁厂600 m^(2)环冷机的漏风率计算结果与现场试验结果进行对比,验证了计算模型的准确性。本文研究成果为环冷机漏风率测量提供了一种既简单而又实用的估计方法,具有较大的应用价值。
Ring cooler is a kind of important equipment that affects the thermal effect of the ring cooler process.The air volume of the ring cooler is an important parameter in the calculation of the latent heat recovery of the flue gas,while the accurate measurement of the air leakage rate is a difficult task.In this paper,by analyzing the material and energy flow balance relationship in the ring cooler process and establishing the calculation model of air leakage rate of the ring cooler,the air leakage rate of the ring cooler can be quickly calculated by obtaining real-time data through simple thermal measurements,and then combining the flue gas distribution function fitted with the flue gas temperature data,the leakage rate of the ring cooler can be calculated quickly,the air leakage rate calculation program can be developed,and the offline automatic calculation can be realized.The accuracy of the calculation model is verified by comparing the results of the air leakage rate of a 600 m^(2) ring cooler in a steel mill with the results of field tests.The results provide a simple and practical estimation method for the air leakage rate measurement of the ring cooler,which is of great application value.
