《国标》指导下的地方本科院校商务英语人才培养研究——以玉林师范学院为例

A Study on Business English Talent Cultivation in Local Undergraduate Universities under the Guidance of "National Standards"--Taking Yulin Normal University as an Example

在正确领会和深入贯彻《国标》前提下,结合区域经济社会发展,分析地方本科院校商务英语人才培养亟待解决的问题。以玉林师范学院商务英语专业在人才培养方面的探索为例,提出人才培养须以区域市场需求为导向;院校应改革课程体系,彰显学科融合特色;优化师资结构,提高教研水平;通过"课证融通、学赛互促"锻炼学生的职业技能;破除校企合作合而不"深"的障碍。

On the premise of correctly understanding and thoroughly implementing the National Standards,combined with regional economic and social development,this paper analyzes the urgent problems to be solved in the cultivation of business English talents in local undergraduate universities.Taking the efforts on cultivating business English talents made by Yulin Normal University as an example,this paper proposes that talent cultivation should be guided by regional market demands.Universities should reform the curriculum and highlight the integration of disciplines;optimize the structure of teachers and improve the level of teaching and research;enhance students’ professional skills through classroom instruction and sitting for qualification examination and competition;deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises.
