职业教育中大学生劳模精神的培育研究

Research on the Cultivation of the Model Worker Spirit in Vocational Education

党的十九大报告中指出要弘扬劳模精神,营造劳动光荣的社会风尚和精益求精的敬业风气。[1]职业教育是培养应用型高水平技术技能人才的主体,在职业教育中培育大学生劳模精神具有十分重要的意义。本文从劳模精神的形成与发展出发,解读劳模精神的科学内涵,研究职业教育中培育大学生劳模精神的必要性和实现路径。

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to promote the spirit of model workers,create a social fashion of glorious labor and strive for perfection.Vocational education is the main body of cultivating applied high-level technical talents,and it is of great significance to cultivate the spirit of university students’ model workers in vocational education.Starting from the formation and development of the spirit of model workers,this article interprets the scientific connotation of the spirit of model workers,and studies the necessity and realization path of cultivating model worker spirit in vocational education.
