摘要 工程伦理是目前"新工科"工程教育的重要课程之一,传统的教学模式因教学内容系统性不强、教学方法灵活性不够,而使案例教学越来越成为国内外开展工程伦理教育的主流教学方法。本文主要介绍了工程伦理案例教学的"角色代入法""辩论式小组学习"的教学方法,以案例教学为特征、伦理教育为重心、辩论演讲为手段,通过设计"案例、情境、代入、点评"四大要素,进行全案例教析、判断、讨论、决策,提高学生对工程伦理问题的认知和识别,增强学生的专业认同感和社会责任感,培养创新思辨能力,拓宽思考问题的深度和广度,为未来走向社会打下良好基础。 Engineering ethics is one of the important courses of "new engineering" engineering education.The traditional teaching mode makes case teaching more and more become the mainstream teaching method of engineering ethics education at home and abroad because the teaching content is not systematic and the teaching method is not flexible enough.This paper mainly introduces the teaching methods of "role substitution method" and "debate group learning" in engineering ethics case teaching.Take case teaching as the feature,ethics education as the focus and debate speech as the means,the whole case teaching,judgment,discussion and decision-making are carried out by designing four elements of "case,situation,substitution and comment",improve students’ cognition and identification of engineering ethics issues,enhance students’ professional identity and sense of social responsibility,cultivate innovative thinking ability,broaden the depth and breadth of thinking,and lay a good foundation for the future society.
