超声心肌应变在射血分数保留型心力衰竭中的应用进展 被引量:5

Application progress of echocardiographic myocardial strain in heart failure with preserved ejection fraction

摘要 射血分数保留型心力衰竭(heart failure with preserved ejection fraction,HFpEF)患病率逐年增长,其病因及表型众多,病理生理机制复杂,诊断流程繁琐,且目前尚无明确的治疗方法,临床诊治存在极大的挑战。随着超声定量技术的发展,基于超声斑点追踪技术获得的心肌应变逐步应用于HFpEF的病理生理机制探究、诊断、治疗指导、疗效评价及预后评估等方面,为监测疾病进展、促进精准诊治、改善患者预后、降低死亡率提供了无创影像学检查方法。
