摘要
在普宁市环保设施建设项目污水管网改造施工中,为保证工程安全、质量、进度,经对比分析开槽支护明挖施工法、顶管施工法、牵引管施工法、非开挖管道拉顶铺设技术,最终选用非开挖管道拉顶铺设技术完成管道作业。工程实践表明,非开挖管道拉顶铺设技术可有效克服开槽支护明挖施工法对周边环境和交通影响过大的缺点,可较好地解决牵引管施工法存在的管道易发生偏差、纠偏较难的问题,可有效解决传统顶管因施工场地限制而无法开挖工作井的问题,使工程实现低成本、高效益。
In the reconstruction of the sewage pipe network of the environmental protection facility construction project in Puning, in order to ensure the safety, quality and progress of the project, by comparing the trenching support open-cut construction method, the pipe jacking construction method, the traction pipe construction method, and the trenchless pipeline pulling and laying technology, finally, the trenchless pipeline pulling and laying technology is used to complete the pipeline operation. Engineering practice shows that the trenchless pipeline pulling and laying technology can effectively overcome the shortcomings of a large impact on the surrounding environment and traffic for the trenching support open-cut construction method. It can better solve the problems of pipeline deviation and difficult correction in the traction pipe construction method. It can effectively solve the problem of traditional pipe jacking construction method that cannot excavate working wells due to construction site restrictions, so that the project can achieve low-cost and high-efficiency.
