基于超声波相控阵CT扫描技术的套筒灌浆饱满度检测研究 被引量:4

摘要 将超声波相控阵CT扫描技术用于混凝土预制构件套筒灌浆质量检测,提出基于形态学操作的图像增强算法,对获取的图像进行膨胀、腐蚀操作,从而提高成像质量。为检验图像增强算法的有效性,设计并制作大比例尺钢筋混凝土预制剪力墙模型试件,其内部设置不同灌浆缺陷的套筒,采用超声波相控阵检测仪进行套筒灌浆饱满度检测,并与X射线检测结果进行对比。研究结果表明,基于膨胀、腐蚀操作进行图像形态学处理后,便于直观判断套筒灌浆饱满情况;结构内部钢筋、预埋构件会产生较显著的反射信号;套筒距超声波检测点越远,成像质量越差;构件灌浆前存在较多孔洞,导致超声波相控阵CT扫描图像上存在较多强反射信号,套筒超声回波特征难以识别;灌浆饱满的套筒超声波检测图像显示出周围界限清晰的强回波信号区域,未灌浆的套筒强回波信号区域界限模糊,且存在较大范围的过渡区。 Ultrasonic phased array CT scanning technology is applied to the quality detection of sleeve grouting of precast concrete components, and an image enhancement algorithm based on morphological operation is proposed. By performing expansion and corrosion operations on the acquired images, thereby improving the imaging quality of sleeve grouting detection. In order to test the effectiveness of the image enhancement algorithm, a large-scale reinforced concrete prefabricated shear wall model was designed and fabricated. The sleeves with different grouting defects were set inside. The ultrasonic phased array equipment was used to detect the fullness of the sleeve grouting, and the results are compared with those of X-ray testing. The research results show that the morphological operation based on expansion and corrosion can intuitively judge the fullness of the grouting in the sleeve. Steel bars and embedded components inside the structure will produce significant reflected signals. The farther the sleeve is from the ultrasonic detection point, the worse the imaging quality. There are many cavities before the components are grouted, which results in a lot of strong reflection signals in the ultrasonic phased array CT scanning image, and the characteristics of the sleeve ultrasonic echo are difficult to identify. The ultrasonic detection image of the full-grouted sleeve shows a clear strong echo signal area around it, and the strong echo signal area of the ungrouted sleeve is blurred, and there is a large transition area.
