熔融层积技术在超大尺度建筑结构3D打印中的应用

摘要 超大尺度建筑结构采用3D打印技术时,正式打印前需采用模拟仿真技术进行指导,以提高打印成型质量、良品率、打印可靠性等。打印过程中需综合考虑打印工艺、设备、温度等,以使材料性能达到最佳。根据熔融层积技术特点及实际应用,对打印流程、要点进行分析,包括构件翘曲检测、运动机构碰撞检测、倾斜角度分析、打印构件热历史分析等。 When a super large-scale construction structure using 3 D printing technology, it is necessary to use simulation technology for guidance before formal printing to improve the printing quality, yield rate, and printing reliability. The printing process, equipment, temperature, etc. need to be comprehensively considered during the printing process to achieve the best material performance. According to the characteristics and practical application of fused deposition modeling technology, the printing process and main points are analyzed, including component warpage detection, motion mechanism collision detection, tilt angle analysis, thermal history analysis of printing components, etc.
