摘要
陕西丹凤康复养老公寓、晋城市丹河新城现浇电力管廊地下防水工程采用高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材、强力交叉层压膜高分子湿铺防水卷材、非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料、SBS改性沥青耐根穿刺防水卷材组成复合防水层,最大程度地发挥不同防水材料性能,利用非固化防水关键技术,解决常规防水系统窜水及不同材料接槎技术难题,满足工程防水设计要求,达到良好防水效果。
This paper takes the underground waterproofing project of the Shaanxi Danfeng rehabilitation pension apartment and the cast-in-situ power pipe gallery project of Danhe New City in Jincheng as examples,the projects use self adhered polymer waterproofing membrane,strong cross-laminated membrane polymer wet-laid membrane,non-curing rubber modified asphalt coating for waterproofing,and root resistant SBS asphalt waterproofing membrane to form a composite waterproofing layer.It can maximize the performance of different waterproofing materials.The projects use the key technology of non-curing waterproofing to solve the technical problems of water channeling in conventional waterproofing systems and the connection of different materials,which can meet the requirements of engineering waterproofing design and achieve good waterproofing effects.
