对银屑片微生物限度检查方法适用性的试验研究

Experimental study on applicability of microbial limit test method for silver chip

目的:分析采用文中所选微生物限度检查方法对银屑片进行微生物限度检查的适用性。方法:采用进行试验的方式分析用文中所选微生物限度检查方法(包括需氧菌总数计数检查方法、霉菌和酵母菌总数计数检查方法和控制菌检查方法)对银屑片进行微生物限度检查的适用性。结果:用文中所选微生物限度检查方法〔即采用供试液稀释法(1:100,1 mL/皿)进行需氧菌总数计数检查,采用培养基稀释法(1:10,0.2 mL/皿)进行霉菌和酵母菌总数计数检查,采用胰酪大豆胨液体培养基法(培养基稀释体积为100 mL)进行控制菌检查〕对银屑片进行微生物限度检查的适用性良好。结论:经验证,文中所选微生物限度检查方法可用于对银屑片进行微生物限度检查。

Objective:To analyze the applicability of the microbial limit test method selected in this paper for silver chip.Methods:The applicability of the selected microbial limit test methods(including total count of aerobic bacteria,total count of mold and yeast and control bacteria)to silver chip was analyzed by means of test.Results:The microbial limit test method selected in this paper(i.e.,test solution dilution method(1:100,1 mL/dish)was used to count the total number of aerobic bacteria,and culture medium dilution method(1:10,0.2 mL/dish)was used to count the total number of mold and yeast.The method of tryptone liquid medium of soybean(medium dilution volume is 100 mL)was suitable for microbial limit test of silver chips.Conclusion:It is proved that the method selected in this paper can be used for the microbial limit test of silver chips.
