自拟芪苓益肾汤治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿的效果观察

Effect of Qiling Yishen Decoction on proteinuria in chronic glomerulonephritis with deficiency of spleen and kidney Yang

目的:研究用自拟的芪苓益肾汤治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿的效果。方法:将庆阳市人民医院门诊接诊的100例脾肾阳虚型慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿患者作为研究对象。随机将其分为对照组和治疗组。对两组患者均进行西医常规治疗,在此基础上用自拟的芪苓益肾汤对治疗组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的疗效及各项临床指标。结果:治疗组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,治疗后其24 h尿蛋白定量和中医证候积分均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。用药后,两组患者均未出现不良反应。结论:在对脾肾阳虚型慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿患者进行西医常规治疗的基础上,用自拟的芪苓益肾汤对其进行治疗能显著减少其蛋白尿,减轻其临床症状,且治疗的安全性较高。

Objective:To study the effect of qiling Yishen Decoction on proteinuria in chronic glomerulonephritis with deficiency of spleen and kidney Yang.Methods:a total of 100 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria of spleenkidney-yang deficiency were enrolled in qingyang People’s Hospital.They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The two groups of patients were treated with conventional western medicine,on this basis,qiling Yishen decoction was used to treat the patients in the treatment group,and then the efficacy and clinical indicators of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the 24 h urine protein quantity and TCM syndrome score were lower t han those in the control group,P<0.05.There were no adverse reactions in 2 groups after medication.Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment of western medicine for patients with chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria of spleen-kidney-yang deficiency,qiling-Yishen decoction prepared by oneself can significantly reduce proteinuria,alleviate its clinical sympto ms,and the safety of treatment is high.
