摘要
目的:探讨对糖尿病足患者进行Triangle分层分级护理对其足部状况及下肢血管的影响。方法:选择2018年7月至2021年5月期间山东医学高等专科学校附属医院收治的160例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象。将这些患者随机平均分为参照组和观察组。对两组患者均进行常规用药治疗。同时,对参照组患者进行常规护理,对观察组患者进行Triangle分层分级护理。然后,比较两组患者的症状评分、反射评分、感觉检测评分、脉压指数、踝肱指数及脉搏波传导速度。结果:治护后,观察组患者的症状评分、反射评分、感觉检测评分、脉压指数、踝肱指数及脉搏波传导速度均低于参照组患者,P<0.05。结论:对糖尿病足患者进行Triangle分层分级护理可明显改善其足部的状况及下肢血管病变。
Objective:To explore the effect of Triangle hierarchical nursing on foot condition and lower limb blood vessels of diabetic foot patients.Methods:A total of 160 patients with diabetic foot admitted to the affiliated Hospital of Shandong Medical College from July 2018 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects.These patients were randomly and averagely divided into a control group and an observation group.Both groups were treated with conventional medication.At the same time,the patients in the reference group were given routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group were given Triangle hierarchical nursing.Then,symptom score,reflex score,sensory detection score,pulse pressure index,ankle brachial index and pulse wave conduction velocity were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment and nursing,the symptom score,reflex score,sensory test score,pulse pressure index,ankle brachial index and pulse wave conduction velocity of the observation group were lower than those of the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Triangle hierarchical nursing for diabetic foot patients can obviously improve the condition of foot and lower limb vascular lesions.
