中国共产党资本政策百年变迁析论

The Communist Party of China (CPC) used to believe that the capital is closely connected with the capitalist production relations,and it belongs only to the category of capitalist society.How to deal with capital is a major issue that the CPC has been facing in its 100-year history,and it is closely related to the revolution,construction and reform of China.The capital policy of the CPC has experienced three fundamental changes:confiscation-utilization-elimination-operation.The confiscation and elimination of capital is the political ideal of the CPC in practicing the proletarian elimination of capitalist private ownership,while the utilization and operation of capital is a great initiative.The changes of the capital policy originate from the promotion of practice,and fundamentally lie in the breakthrough of understanding and theoretical innovation.The changing course of the CPC’s capital policy is an epitome of the localization of Marxism in China.It reflects that the CPC has always taken the development of productive forces as its goal in the past century,adhered to the ideological line of seeking truth from facts,unified the principle and strategy,and has always maintained a strong innovation courage and ability.It is,in general,the "password" for the brilliant achievements of the Chinese revolution and construction led by the CPC.
