Analysis on“4.23”forest fire extinguishing in Yulong county

近年来南方航空护林总站在滇西北高海拔林区多次开展机群航空灭火工作,取得了一定效果。通过对2021年丽江玉龙“4.23”森林火灾扑救情况总结分析,客观评析“4.23”森林火灾扑救过程中的困难和经验,对扑救玉龙火场出现的问题进行思考并针对性地提出相关对策和建议,通过案例总结,不断提高南航总站在高原地区开展航空灭火的能力。

In recent years,the GSA has carried out many fire-fighting work with helicopters in the high-altitude forest region of northwest Yunnan.In this paper,the difficulties and experiences in fighting the“4.23”(23 April 2021,Yulong,Lijiang)forest fire were objectively evaluated by summarizing and analyzing the situation of fighting the“4.23”forest fire.And this paper tries to figure out the problems of putting out the fire in Yulong,puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,and improves the fire-fighting ability in the plateau area by summing up the cases.
