整体治理视角下佛山市医养结合养老服务模式研究

Research on The Integrating Medical Service with Pension Service Model in Foshan from The Perspective of Holistic Governance

我国已经于21世纪初正式步入老龄化社会,与此同时我国人口的平均预期寿命也在逐年稳步增长。公众面临着一系列问题,例如如何安全度过晚年、如何使社会资源更好地满足老年人的需求等。本文主要以广东省佛山市医养结合养老服务模式的构建为例,总结佛山市医养结合养老服务的发展现状,并基于国内外医养结合养老服务实践经验,提出佛山市医养结合养老服务发展中存在的问题及并提出相关建议,为下一步佛山市养老政策的制定和实施提供参考,切实保障佛山市老年人口的生命健康。

China has officially entered an aging society at the beginning of this century.At the same time,the average life expectancy of the Chinese population has been steadily increasing year by year.The public is faced with a series of problems,such as how to spend their old age safely and how to make social resources better meet the needs of the elderly.This article mainly takes the construction of the“Integrated Medical and Nursing Services”elderly service model in Foshan City,Guangdong Province as an example,summarizes the development status of the“Integrated Medical and Nursing Services”elderly care services in Foshan City,and proposes Foshan based on the practical experience of“Integrated Medical and Nursing Services”elderly care services at home and abroad.The problems existing in the development of the city's“Integrated Medical and Nursing Services”elderly care services and relevant suggestions are provided to provide references for the formulation and implementation of the next step in the formulation and implementation of the elderly care policies in Foshan,so as to effectively protect the life and health of the elderly population in Foshan.
