闭合三联与开放三联治疗慢阻肺稳定期患者的疗效及安全性比较

The efficacy and safety of closed triple inhalation therapy and open triple inhalation therapy in the clinical treatment of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的比较闭合式三联吸入疗法与开放式三联吸入疗法应用在慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者临床治疗的疗效及安全性。方法选取2020年6月至2021年6月本院住院治疗的60例慢阻肺稳定期的患者。根据治疗方法的不同,分为试验组(n=30)与对照组(n=30),试验组使用单装置的闭合式吸入三联疗法,对照组使用多种装置的开放式吸入三联疗法。治疗6个月后收集两组患者呼吸困难症状评估、肺功能、生活质量、炎症因子等数据,比较两组不良反应发生率情况。结果治疗后两组的不良反应发生率都有较低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组的肺功能均有所改善,且试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组在呼吸困难症状改善、生活质量、炎症因子等方面的改变无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论两种治疗方案均有显著治疗效果及安全性,闭合式三联吸入疗法在改善患者肺功能方面更加显著,相对于开放式三联吸入疗法,闭合式三联吸入疗法使用方便、快捷,患者有更好的依从性。

Objective To explore and compare the efficacy and safety of closed triple inhalation therapy and open triple inhalation therapy in the clinical treatment of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods Sixty patients in stable COPD who were hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected and divided into experimental groups according to different treatment methods(n=30)And the control group(n=30).The experimental group used a single-device closed inhalation triple therapy,and the control group used a multi-device open inhalation triple therapy.After 6 months of treatment,the lung function of the patients and the two groups of patients were collected.Evaluation of dyspnea symptoms,lung function,quality of life,inflammatory factors,observe whether there are differences in the above indicators between the two groups of patients,compare the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients,and perform statistical analysis on the results.Results After treatment,the two groups had a lower incidence of adverse reactions,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the lung function of the two groups were improved,and the experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant Significance(P<0.05),the two groups of patients had no significant difference in the improvement of dyspnea symptoms,quality of life,inflammatory factors,etc.,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Both treatment options have significant therapeutic effects and safety.The application of closed triple inhalation therapy is more significant in improving the lung function of patients.Compared with open triple inhalation therapy,closed triple inhalation therapy is convenient and quick to use.Have better compliance.
