中医综合护理联合降压保健操对老年高血压患者血压与睡眠质量的影响

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing combined with antihypertensive health exercise on blood pressure and sleep quality of elderly hypertensive patients

目的探讨中医综合护理联合降压保健操对老年高血压患者血压与睡眠质量的影响。方法选择2019年4月至2020年8月我院收治的老年高血压患者98例,按病历号单双号分为两组,各49例。对照组行常规护理干预,研究组在此基础上行中医综合护理联合降压保健操干预,干预3月后比较两组血压[舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)]水平、睡眠质量。结果两组干预3月后SBP、DBP水平均下降,且相较于对照组,研究组SBP、DBP水平更低,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组干预3月后PSQI评分均下降,且相较于对照组,研究组PSQI评分更低,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论中医综合护理联合降压保健操可降低老年高血压患者血压水平,改善睡眠质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing combined with antihypertensive health exercise on blood pressure and sleep quality of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 98 elderly patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the medical record number,49 cases in each group.Control group of routine nursing intervention,on this basis,the study group of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing combined with antihypertensive health exercise intervention,intervention 3 months later,compared the two groups of blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP)level,sleep quality.Results After 3 months of intervention,the levels of SBP and DBP in the two groups decreased,and compared with the control group,the levels of SBP and DBP in the study group were lower,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the PSQI score of the two groups decreased,and compared with the control group,the PSQI score of the study group was lower,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing combined with antihypertensive health exercises can reduce blood pressure and improve sleep quality in elderly patients with hypertension.
