摘要
针对JWL-Ⅲ型乳化炸药生产工艺用螺杆泵面临的爆炸风险,采用事故树分析法对其进行演绎分析,发现系统安全联锁失效是导致螺杆泵爆炸最危险的因素,在此基础上提出了相应的安全措施,对防范螺杆泵爆炸及加强生产线的安全管理有一定的促进作用。
In view of the explosion risk faced by the screw pump for JWL-Ⅲemulsion explosive production process,the fault tree analysis method is used to deduce and analyze it.It is found that the failure of system safety interlock is the most dangerous factor leading to the explosion of screw pump.On this basis,the corresponding safety measures are put forward,which can promote the prevention of screw pump explosion and strengthen the safety management of production line.
