摘要
已知一元、三元固体酸与亚氯酸钠反应的最高摩尔比分别为3.0和3.5,可以分别通过作图法求得1倍摩尔比的摩尔转化率,进而计算生产配方和二氧化氯产量;为了测定、计算未知二元固体酸与亚氯酸钠反应和二元液体酸与氯酸钠+双氧水反应的最高摩尔比,需分别测定在1倍摩尔比条件下亚氯酸钠和氯酸钠+双氧水的摩尔转化率,再分别用作图法求得最高摩尔比为2.5和2.4,据此可以分别计算二者的生产配方和二氧化氯产量。
It is known that the highest mol ratio of mono and ternary solid acids reacting with sodium chlorite are 3.0 and 3.5.The molar conversion rates of 1 mol ratio can be obtained by drawing method respectively,and then the production formula and output of chlorine dioxide can be calculated.In order to measure and calculate the highest molar ratio of unknown binary solid acid reacting with sodium chlorite and binary liquid acid reacting with sodium chlorate+hydrogen peroxide,the molar conversion rates of sodium chlorite and sodium chlorate+hydrogen peroxide under the condition of one mol ratio shall be measured,and then use the drawing method to obtain the highest mol ratio of 2.5 and 2.4,from which the production formula and chlorine dioxide output can be calculated respectively.
