芪地膝黄桂苓汤治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效及对患者炎性因子和免疫功能的影响

Qidixihuang Guiling decoction on chronic pelvic inflammation and its influence on inflammatory factors and immune function

目的:观察芪地膝黄桂苓汤对慢性盆腔炎(CPID)的治疗效果及对炎性因子水平和免疫功能的影响。方法:选择CPID患者120例为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各60例,对照组患者以坤复康胶囊治疗,研究组进行芪地膝黄桂苓汤治疗,以临床疗效、中医证候评分和炎性因子水平及免疫因子水平为指标,对治疗效果进行评价。结果:研究组总有效率为91.67%,显著高于对照组的76.67%(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组患者下腹部疼痛、腰骶疼痛、带下异常、月经失调和肛门坠胀五项证候评分均显著降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组患者各项指标降低更明显(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组患者IL-1β、IL-18、Caspase-1水平均明显改善(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组IL-1β、IL-18、Caspase-1水平改善更明显(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组患者CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均明显改善(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:芪地膝黄桂苓汤对慢性盆腔炎有较好的疗效,能有效减轻患者各项中医证候,改善CPID患者体内炎性状态和免疫功能。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Qidixihuang Guiling decoction on CPID and its effect on inflammatory factors and immune factors.Methods:Taking 120 patients who were diagnosed with CPID as the research object.According to the random number table method,it is divided into research group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Kunfukang capsules,and the patients in the research group were treated with Qidixihuang Guiling decoction.The clinical efficacy,syndrome score and inflammatory factor levels,and immune factors were used as indicators to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was 91.67%,significantly higher than that in the control group was 76.67%(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the five syndrome scores of lower abdomen pain,lumbosacral pain,abnormal banding,menstrual disorders and anal bulge were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of IL-1β,IL-18,and Caspase-1 in the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),compared with the control group,the levels of IL-1β,IL-18,and Caspase-1 in the study group improved more significantly(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of CD4^(+),CD8^(+) and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) in the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),compared with the control group,the levels of CD4^(+),CD8^(+) and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) in the study group improved more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qidixihuang Guiling decoction had a good effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,which could effectively relieve the patients’various symptoms and improve the inflammatory state and immune factors in CPID patients.
