借鉴PDCA循环构建研究生培养过程预警机制

Using PDCA Cycle for Constructing Early Warning Mechanismin Postgraduate Training Process

建立研究生培养过程预警机制是促进我国研究生教育高质量发展的重要举措。针对我国研究生学业预警机制现状,分析了预警机制中亟需改进的问题。在此基础上,借鉴PDCA循环理论原理,构建了研究生培养过程预警机制。

It is an important measure to establish an early warning mechanism in postgraduate training process to promote the high-quality development of postgraduate education in China.In view of the present situation of early warning mechanism of postgraduate’s studies in China and after analyzing its problems,it is proposed that the early warning mechanism of postgraduate training process should be constructed on the basis of PDCA cycle theory.
