摘要 高校青年教师的专业发展依赖于政策体系这一重要保障机制。高校青年教师专业发展政策通过作用于教师专业发展而影响高等教育质量。本文选取42所世界一流大学建设高校的120份青年教师专业发展政策样本,基于推论式类目构建的原则对其进行三级编码分析,以揭示学校层面高校教师专业发展政策的全貌。建议高校扭转功利化的政策取向,关注专业发展本身的价值,关注青年教师专业发展的均衡性,在合理运用权威工具的同时要加强能力建设投入和组织创新。 The professional development of young college teachers depends on the important guarantee mechanism of professional development policy.The professional development policy for them affects the quality of higher education by acting on their professional development.The study selected as samples 120 policy texts for young teacher professional development from 42 universities participating in the construction plan of world-class universities.Based on the principle of inferential category construction,a three-level coding analysis was carried out to reveal the full picture of the professional development policy on college teachers at the school level.It is suggested that colleges and universities should reorientate their utilitarian policy,pay attention to the value of professional development itself and the balance of professional development of young teachers,and strengthen investment in capacity building and organizational innovation while rationally using authoritative tools.
