摘要
全地形车由于全地形行驶、野外作业等特点,使用环境比较恶劣,发动机起动性能的可靠性就显得尤为重要;同时大排量发动机产量相对比较小,制造成本高,如何对发动机运动系统和起动系统进行保护也是我们设计者必须要考虑的问题。本文对起动系统起动扭矩进行了计算,同时介绍了发动机提高起动性能的减压装置和保护机构双向扭矩限制器。
Due to the characteristics of all-terrain,field,etc.,the use environment of all-terrain vehicles is relatively harsh,thus making the reliability of engine starting performance particularly important.At the same time,the output of large-displacement engines is relatively small,and the manufacturing cost is high.Engine motion and starting system protection is also an issue that designers must consider.This article calculated the starting torque of the starting system,and introduced the two-way torque limiter of the pressure reducing device and the protection mechanism to improve the starting performance of the engine.
