摘要
针对微推力测量系统中测量实验操作过程复杂、数据处理过程繁琐等问题,基于Matlab平台设计用于微推力和微冲量测量的数据处理系统。介绍扭摆法测推力和冲量的基本原理和试验操作方法,分析原始数据特点,梳理出数据处理流程。结果表明:该系统可将实验原始数据中的位移和时间信息直接计算成推力数据,可简化操作过程并提高现场测量的效率。
In order to solve the problems of complex experimental operation and tedious data processing in micro-thrust measurement system, a data processing system for micro-thrust and micro-impulse measurement was designed based on Matlab platform. The basic principle and test operation method of torsion pendulum method for measuring thrust and impulse are introduced, the characteristics of original data are analyzed, and the data processing flow is sorted out. The results show that the system can directly calculate the displacement and time information in the original experimental data into thrust data, which can simplify the operation process and improve the efficiency of field measurement.
