摘要
水稻黑条矮缩病毒(rice black-streaked dwarf virus,RBSDV)侵染引起的水稻黑条矮缩病对我国粮食生产威胁巨大。RBSDV侵染后导致植株矮化。然而关于该病毒在水稻不同分蘖中的含量仍不清楚。本研究发现,RBSDV侵染淮稻5号40 d后,病毒侵染组与对照组相比,水稻分蘖数无显著差异。利用定量标准曲线y=-3.3749x+33.622,对不同病株内的病毒含量分析发现,接种40 d后植株间病毒的平均滴度无显著差异,均在105个拷贝每微克RNA左右;RBSDV在水稻根部的含量显著高于茎叶部的(P=0.035);不同分蘖内病毒的绝对含量存在一定的差异,其中一级分蘖内的病毒含量显著低于整株的平均病毒含量(P=0.00078)。
Rice black-streaked dwarf disease,caused by rice black-streaked dwarf virus(RBSDV),is a great threat to rice yields in China.However,the viral titers in different tillers of rice remain unclear.In this study,we found that after 40 days of RBSDV infection in the rice variety HuaiDao No.5,RBSDV-infected rice plants and the control plants had no significant difference in the number of tillers.Also,there was no significant difference in viral titer mean among RBSDV-infected rice plants,based on the standard curve y=-3.3749x+33.622.On the other hand,RBSDV viral titer of the roots was notably higher than that of the stems and leaves in the virus-infected rice plants(P=0.035).The viral titers were different among different tillers,and the viral titer of the primary tiller was remarkably lower than the viral titer mean of the whole rice plant(P=0.00078).
