南阳首次发现圈绒泡菌(Physarum gyrosum Rostaf)危害谷子

First Report of the Damage of Physarum gyrosum Rostaf to Foxtail Millet(Setaria italica)

2020年6月16日,在河南南阳卧龙区安皋镇首次发现圈绒泡菌侵染谷子植株,此后又陆续在新野县湍口社区、社旗县大冯营乡等地发现该菌侵染谷苗,这是国内首次发现该菌在谷子上侵染危害。2021年6月,该病菌在部分谷子田块上仍有零星发生。通过田间调查、取样分析、室内检测,明确了该黏菌的为害特征及其在谷子田间的发生规律,并提出了相应的防控策略。

This paper is the first report of the occurrence and damage of Physarum gyrosum Rostaf to foxtail millet(Setaria italica)in China.In 2020,the myxomycete occurred on millet in Nanyang City,Southwestern Henan Province.By investigating,sampling,laboratory testing,and identification by an expert of myxomycetes,the causal agent of this disease was identified as a Physarum belonging to myxomycete.We also discovered the occurrence patterns of the disease;on this basis,we put forward the strategy for its prevention and control.
