摘要
山东作为东部沿海经济大省,全国有重要影响力的制造大省,但也存在规模总量较大但结构偏重,产业门类齐全但中高端比重较低,龙头骨干企业较多但产业链不强,国内市场份额较高但国际市场竞争力不强,创新体系较完善但成果转化率不高,发展速度较快但发展模式粗放等矛盾问题。认真研究探索山东省传统产业智能化技术改造问题,认真贯彻落实党中央、国务院的决策部署和山东省委、省政府的工作要求,推动传统制造业智能化改造升级,加快新旧动能转换、实现制造强省目标、助力制造强国战略,加速构建现代产业体系,都具有十分重要的意义。本文分析山东省制造业智能化技术改造的现状及其存在的问题,提出山东智能化技改的实施路径和有针对性的建议。
Shandong, as a major economic province in the eastern coastal areas, has developed rapidly since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, especially since the reform and opening-up. However, there are still some problems, such as large-scale but biased structure, complete industrial categories but low proportion of medium and high-end industries, large number of leading backbone enterprises but weak industrial chain, high domestic market share but weak international market competitiveness and innovation The new system is relatively perfect, but the transformation rate of achievements is not high, the development speed is fast but the development mode is extensive. In order to further strengthen confidence and determination, maintain strategic determination, conscientiously implement the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council and the work requirements of Shandong provincial Party committee and provincial government, promote the intelligent transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry, accelerate the transformation of old and new kinetic energy, realize the goal of manufacturing strong province, and assist the strategy of manufacturing power It is of great significance to accelerate the construction of modern industrial system. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of intelligent technology transformation of manufacturing industry in Shandong Province, and puts forward the implementation path and targeted suggestions.
