摘要
针对我国氨制冷行业的现状,通过对氨制冷工艺特点及检验案例分析,从设计、安装到定期检验各个环节,总结出了氨制冷压力管道检验中常见问题,找出了宏观检验、壁厚检测、理化检验、表面无损检测、埋藏缺陷检测及安全附件检验的难点和重点及处理方法,并介绍了检测中可以采用的新技术。
In regards to the present situation of China’s ammonia refrigeration industry, we analyzed the features of ammonia refrigeration technology and inspection cases to find the common issues in the inspection. Hence the common issues of design, installation and regular inspection in ammonia refrigeration pressure piping testing have been summarized. We solved the difficulties and identified the key points and approaches of macroscope inspection, wall thickness testing, physical and chemical testing, surface non-destructive testing, buried defect testing and safety accessory inspection, and also introduced the new technologies applied in the further inspection.
