摘要 页岩气的压力和产能衰减速率都比较快,其压力、产能和开采周期的特性导致地面工程与常规气田的地面工程有较大的不同。为此,通过对页岩气地面工程进行标准化设计,强化除砂器与气液砂分离器等关键设备研发,采用标准化橇装设计与模块化组合的方式,实现了页岩气平台井滚动开发和高效开采,取得了显著效果。完成了页岩气平台井橇装装置设计,建立了一套适用于页岩气平台井设计的技术标准和生产体系。 The pressure and productivity decay rate of shale gas is relatively rapid, and the characteristics of pressure, productivity and production cycle lead to great differences between surface engineering and conventional gas field. Therefore, with standardized design of shale gas surface engineering, strengthening the research and development of desander and gas-liquid sand separator and other key equipment, adopting standardized skid-mounted design and modular combination, which achieve the aim of rolling development and efficient production of shale gas platform wells and gain remarkable results. The skid-mounted device design of shale gas platform well is completed, and a set of suitable technical standards and production system for shale gas platform design are established.
