Difficulties and countermeasures in hospital informatization construction in the era of "Internet plus" smart medical treatment

"互联网+"智慧医疗作为移动互联时代的新生事物,在医疗服务领域弥补了传统医疗的不足而成为传统医疗诊治活动的重要补充,它将引导传统医疗卫生服务向新的模式转型升级。为了促进"互联网+"智慧医疗健康有序发展,离不开国家政策引导作用,但是信息技术利用和发展是其最重要的基础。目前大多数医院的信息化建设水平依然比较落后,加强医院信息化建设已成为十分紧迫的问题。本文阐述了医院信息化建设的重要性,对当前信息化发展中遇到的问题和难点进行分析,并结合"互联网+"智慧医疗政策体系的构建思路和构建内容提出了将来的发展对策和建议。

As a new thing in the era of mobile Internet, "Internet +" smart medical treatment makes up for the shortcomings of traditional medical treatment in the field of medical services and becomes an important supplement to traditional medical treatment activities. It will guide the transformation and upgrading of traditional medical and health services to a new model. In order to promote the orderly development of "Internet plus" smart medical treatment, national policy guidance is indispensable. However, the utilization and development of information technology is the most important foundation for it. At present, the informatization construction level of most hospitals is still relatively backward, so it has become a very urgent problem to strengthen the informatization construction of hospitals. This paper expounds the importance of hospital informatization construction, analyzes the problems and difficulties encountered in the current informatization development, and puts forward the future development countermeasures and suggestions based on the construction ideas and contents of "Internet +" intelligent medical policy system.
