摘要
以CYA型液压碟簧操作机构为例介绍了其结构、原理,探讨了常见的液压碟簧机构漏油原因及处理方法,分析了一起某变电站220 kV GIS断路器液压碟簧操作机构故障液压油渗漏的故障,指出机构渗漏的原因是合闸控制阀装配过程中密封胶圈轻微轴向偏移,在压接过程中导致胶圈变形,密封性能降低,可对解决类似故障起到一定借鉴意义。
Taking the CYA hydraulic spring operating mechanism as an example,the structure and principle are introduced,the common causes and treatment methods of hydraulic spring mechanism oil leakage are discussed,and the hydraulic oil leakage fault of a 220 kV GIS circuit breaker hydraulic spring operating mechanism in a certain substation is analyzed.Pointed out that the reason for the leakage of the mechanism is the slight axial deviation of the sealing rubber ring during the assembly process of the closing control valve,which causes the rubber ring to deform during the crimping process and reduce the sealing performance.It can be used as a reference for solving similar faults.
