摘要
近年来,随着国家越来越重视环保,各种新能源发电项目如雨后春笋般绽放,其中风电项目受到各投资者的青睐。由于新技术不断革新,机组容量逐步攀升,塔筒高度不断刷新,风机基础不断朝着大型化发展。新技术背后必然隐藏着施工管理方面的不足,以某风电项目风机基础预应力锚栓因外力受损为例,由于基础重做或重选机位点不现实,更换损坏锚栓成为最终确定的解决方案,即先通过在风机基础顶部中心向下开孔凿除相应混凝土,接着开挖竖井及水平巷道后,更换损坏部位预应力锚栓,浇筑混凝土恢复风机基础。这成功解决了预应力锚栓受损问题,为同类施工项目类似问题提供借鉴意义。
In recent years, as the country pays more and more attention to environmental protection, a variety of new energy power generation projects are blossoming like bamboo shoots after a spring rain, among which wind power projects are favored by investors. Due to the continuous innovation of new technology, the unit capacity is gradually rising, the tower height is constantly updated, and wind turbine foundation is constantly developing towards large-scale.Behind the new technology, there must be some deficiencies in construction management, Taking the prestressed anchor bolt of a wind turbine foundation damaged by external force as an example, Since redoing the wind turbine foundation or reselecting the machine site was not practical, replacing the damaged anchor bolt became the final solution, That is to say, by chipping the corresponding concrete downward at the top center of wind turbine foundation and then excavating the shaft and horizontal roadway, the prestressed anchor bolt of the damaged part could be replaced and the concrete could be poured to restore the wind turbine foundation.This successfully solves the damage problem of prestressed anchor bolt and provides reference for similar problems in similar construction projects.
