铸轧循环水冷却系统升级改造实践

摘要 介绍了某铸轧厂Φ1200×2300 mm铸轧机的循环水冷却系统,对存在的冷却效果差、辊芯容易结垢、水损大、能耗和维护费用高等问题进行了分析并提出整改方案,改造后提质增效效果明显。 This paper introduces the circulating water cooling system of 1200 × 2300 casting and rolling mill in a casting and rolling mill, analyzes the existing problems such as poor cooling effect, easy scaling of roll core, large water loss, high energy consumption and maintenance cost, etc., and puts forward the rectification scheme, which has obvious effect of improving quality and increasing efficiency after modification.
