摘要
水泥物理性能检测中,水泥比表面积测定是依据GB/T8074-2008进行的。其结果的准确度受到试验过程中许多因素影响,如仪器设备、操作人员和环境条件等。基于GUM法分析不确定度类型来源,计算不同条件的不确定度,从而得到合成不确定度。针对试验实际情况和分析结果,实验室提出对主要因素产生的不确定度的解决办法。
In the detection of cement physical properties,the specific surface area of cement is measured according to GB/T 8074-2008.The accuracy of the results is affected by many factors in the test process,such as equipment,operators and environmental conditions.Analyze the sources of uncertainty types based on the GUM method,calculate the uncertainty of different conditions,and obtain the composite uncertainty.In view of the actual conditions of the test and analysis results,the laboratory proposes solutions to the uncertainty caused by the main factors.
