摘要
贮煤在筒仓内是重力流动形式,筒仓是处理贮煤的主要装备。本文针对贮煤的堆积物性,对常见煤种的特性进行汇总,及圆形筒仓内贮煤的流动分析及应力分析,在此基础上对圆形筒仓的设计和结构优化方向进行了简述。同时也提出一些防堵措施。
The storage of coal in the silo is in the form of gravity flow,and the silo is the main equipment for processing and storing coal.Based on the physical properties of coal storage,this article summarizes the characteristics of common coal types,as well as the flow analysis and stress analysis of the coal stored in the circular silo.On this basis,the design and structural optimization of the circular silo are simplified.Narrated.At the same time,some anti-blocking measures are also proposed.
