摘要 随着国家不断推进、实施“公转铁”战略,火车装车在散货码头疏港作业中的地位不断提高。随着火车疏港作业量的逐年增加,对于专业铁路疏港设备的装车楼设备维保压力也逐年增大,容易造成各类生产事故,导致设备、人员的损失。本文从程序和硬件设计的角度,探讨火车车皮牵引装置——牵车的防碰撞系统的开发。目的是减少牵车碰撞事故发生,同时减少监护人员工作量,提高设备自动化程度,降低运营成本,提高生产效率。 With the continuous promotion and implementation of the"transit railway"strategy,the status of train loading in the bulk cargo terminal dredging operation is constantly improving.With the increasing volume of railway port dredging operation year by year,the pressure of equipment maintenance for the loading building of professional railway port dredging equipment is also increasing year by year,which is easy to cause all kinds of production accidents and lead to the loss of equipment and personnel.From the point of view of program and hardware design,this paper discusses the development of the anti-collision system of the traction device of the train wagon.The purpose is to reduce the tractor collision accidents,reduce the workload of guardians,improve the degree of equipment automation,reduce operating costs and improve production efficiency.
