眶隔脂肪重置联合眼轮匝肌折叠在上睑凹陷修复中的有效性及安全性分析

Analysis of the Effectiveness and Safety of Orbital Fat Replacement Combined with Orbicularis OculiMuscle Folding in the Repair of Upper Eyelid Depression

目的:探讨眶隔脂肪重置联合眼轮匝肌折叠修复上睑凹陷的应用效果。方法:选取2018年3月-2020年3月笔者医院收治的上睑凹陷患者92例。所有患者均行眶隔脂肪重置联合眼轮匝肌折叠修复术。记录患者手术效果、上睑凹陷分级情况、并发症情况及满意度情况。结果:所有患者中治疗总有效率为95.65%;患者上睑凹陷分级情况治疗后优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后随访1~6个月,患者均无切口感染、下睑皮肤瘀斑、睁眼困难、眼睑闭合不全等并发症情况,6例出现轻度肿胀,未经处理自行缓解;所有患者总满意度为88.04%。结论:眶隔脂肪重置联合眼轮匝肌折叠在上睑凹陷修复中具有良好的有效性,可改善上睑凹陷症状,且安全性好,患者满意度高。

Objective To investigate the application effect of orbital fat replacement combined with orbicularis oculimuscle folding in the repair of upper eyelid depression.Methods A total of 92 patients with upper eyelid depression admitted to the author's hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected.All patients underwent the replacement of orbital septal fat combined with orbicularis oculimuscle folding repair.Record the patient's surgical results,upper eyelid depression grading,complications,and satisfaction.Results The total effective rate of treatment in all patients was 95.65%.The grading of upper eyelid depression after treatment was better than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).All patients had not incision infection after 1 to 6 months of follow-up,without complications such as lower eyelid skin ecchymosis,difficulty in opening eyes,and incomplete eyelid closure,6 cases developed mild swelling,which gradually resolved without treatment;the overall satisfaction rate of all patients was 88.04%.Conclusion Orbital fat replacement combined with orbicularis oculimuscle folding has good effectiveness in the repair of upper eyelid depression,which can improve the symptoms of upper eyelid depression,and has good safety and high patient satisfaction.
