氦氖激光联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗面部寻常痤疮疗效观察

Curative Effect of He-Ne Laser Combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets on Facial Acne Vulgaris

目的:观察氦氖激光联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗面部寻常痤疮的治疗效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2020年1月笔者医院收治的144例面部寻常痤疮患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组72例。对照组给予复方甘草酸苷片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加氦氖激光治疗,均治疗4周。治疗结束后评估两组临床疗效并记录治疗后Pillsbury分级情况,于治疗前后分析患者皮肤生理指标,记录治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组的总有效率为84.72%,明显高于对照组的69.44%(P<0.05),且观察组患者的Pillsbury分级明显优于对照组(P<0.05)与本组治疗前相比,治疗后观察组患者的红色区、紫外线作用、油脂/炎症及斑点指标均明显改善,对照组的红色区、油脂/炎症明显改善(P<0.05);且治疗后观察组的红色区、油脂/炎症指标较对照组更佳(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组的不良反应总发生率分别为5.56%、4.17%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氦氖激光联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗面部寻常痤疮效果确切,能有效改善患者症状,且安全性良好。

Objective To observe the curative effect of He-Ne laser combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets on facial acne vulgaris.Methods A total of 144 patients with facial acne vulgaris who were admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were enrolled.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,72 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin tablets,while observation group was treated with He-Ne laser on basis of control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.At the end of treatment,clinical curative effect in both groups was evaluated.Pillsbury grading after treatment in both groups was recorded.Before and after treatment,physiological indexes of skin were analyzed.The occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment was recorded.Results After treatment,the total response rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(84.72%vs 69.44%)(P<0.05),and Pillsbury grading was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the red zone,ultraviolet light effect,oil/inflammation and speckle indexes were significantly improved in observation group,while the red zone and oil/inflammation were significantly improved in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the red zone and oil/inflammation indexes in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant differences in the total incidence of adverse reactions between observation group and control group(5.56%vs 4.17%)(P>0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of He-Ne laser combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets is significant on facial acne vulgaris,which can effectively improve symptoms of patients,with good safety.
