气相色谱串联质谱法测定蔬菜水果中三氯生及甲基三氯生 被引量:2

Determination of Triclosan and Methyl Triclosan in Fruits and Vegetables by Gas Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要 目的蔬菜水果中的三氯生和甲基三氯生含量应用气相色谱-串联质谱法测定的效果。方法选取2020年9月1日—10月31日的蔬菜(黄瓜、西红柿)和水果(苹果、橙子)作为样品,将其去皮、切块、匀浆后保存备用,称取5.0 g样品使用乙酸乙酯超声提取后,经离心处理获得提取液,吹氮蒸发近干后于60℃条件下,发生硅烷化衍生化反应,结束后吹氮至近干,乙酸乙酯溶解残渣,应用气相色谱-串联质谱法测定溶液中目标物含量。结果三氯生、甲基三氯生在0.4~20.0μg/L,线性关系良好,检出限在4~5 ng/kg,不同蔬菜水果在各加标水平的回收率均在92%以上。结论气相色谱-串联质谱法精密度良好,在蔬菜水果的三氯生及甲基三氯生等含量测定中具有较高应用价值。 Objective To determine the content of triclosan and methyltriclosan in fruits and vegetables by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Methods Vegetables(cucumbers, tomatoes) and fruits(apples, oranges) from September 1, to October 31, 2020 were selected as samples, peeled, cut into pieces, homogenized, and stored for later use.Weigh 5.0 g of samples and use acetic acid After the ethyl acetate was extracted by ultrasonic, the extract was obtained by centrifugal treatment.After nitrogen blowing and evaporation, the silylation derivatization reaction occurred at 60°C. After the end, the ethyl acetate was used to dissolve the residue and the gas chromatography-tandem was applied. Mass spectrometry was used to determine the content of the target substance in the solution. Results Triclosan and methyltriclosan were in the range of 0.4~20.0 μg/L, the linear relationship was good, and the detection limit was 4~5 ng/kg. The recoveries of different vegetables and fruits at each spiked level were all within more than 92%. Conclusion The gas chromatographytandem mass spectrometry method has good precision and has high application value in the determination of triclosan and methyltriclosan in vegetables and fruits.
