摘要
目的探讨厦门市学校学生食品安全认知及行为调查,为健康教育方案的制定提供参考。方法选取厦门市学生620名,为其开展食品安全认知与行为调查。结果相较于未开设食品相关课程的学生,开设食品相关课程的学生具备更高的食品安全知识回答正确率(P <0.05);相较之下,母亲学历为高中及以上的学生、城镇学生的食品安全知识得分更高(P <0.05);食品选购中会关注生产日期与保质期的学生共375名(60.48%),关注食品标签的学生共131名(21.13%),基本每日坚持吃早餐的学生共348名(56.13%),每周至少吃两次及以上甜点与膨化食品的学生共401名(64.68%)。结论厦门市学校学生的食品安全态度较好,但安全认知不足,且具有不良饮食行为,需加强食品安全健康教育工作,改善其饮食行为。
Objective To investigate the food safety cognition and behavior among school students in Xiamen, and provide reference for the formulation of health education program. Methods A total of 620 students in Xiamen were selected to carry out the food safety cognition and behavior survey. Results Compared with the students without food related courses,the students with food related courses had higher correct answer rate of food safety knowledge(P < 0.05). Compared with students whose mother’s education background was high school or above and urban students, the score of food safety knowledge was higher(P < 0.05). There were 375(60.48%) students who paid attention to the production date and shelf life,131(21.13%) students paid attention to food labels, 348(56.13%) students insisted on eating breakfast every day almost, and 401(64.68%) students ate desserts and puffed food at least twice a week. Conclusion The food safety attitude of school students in Xiamen city is good, but their awareness of safety is insufficient and they have bad eating behavior. It is necessary to strengthen food safety and health education and improve their eating behavior.
