摘要
现代企业管理理念属于新型的理念,其在企业管理中扮演着非常重要的角色,通过将其合理的运用,可以促使相关单位的发展趋向现代化,同时也能更好地满足新时期对于相关企业提出的严格要求。对于公立医院来说,现代企业管理理念的运用具有十足的优势。公立医院面临着严峻的形势,在改革进程逐步深化的过程中,绩效考核工作拥有着极高的要求,作为医院改革及改进质量的重要工作,绩效考核也是人力资源管理的核心。文章将重点分析现代企业管理理念在公立医院绩效考核中的运用,通过详细的概述现代企业管理理念的相关应用价值和优势,分析当前的现状和不足,提出科学化的建议,促使着公立医院绩效考核工作稳步的开展,让公立医院顺势前进。
Modern enterprise management concept belongs to a new concept, which plays a very important role in enterprise management.Through its reasonable application, it can promote the development of relevant units to trend to modernization, and also better meet the strict requirements for relevant enterprises in the new era. For public hospitals, the application of modern enterprise management concept has full advantages. Public hospitals are facing a grim situation. In the process of gradually deepening the reform process, performance appraisal has very high requirements. As an important work of hospital reform and quality improvement, performance assessment is also the core of human resource management. This paper will focus on the application of modern enterprise management concept in public hospitals, outline the relevant application values and advantages of modern enterprise management concept, analyze the current situation and deficiencies, and put forward scientific suggestions to promote the performance appraisal of public hospitals and make public hospitals follow the trend.
