摘要
目的研究于抑郁症患者护理中运用认知-行为疗法的临床效果。方法择取2019年1月—2020年2月本院收治抑郁症患者为客观分析对象。以患者住院床位奇偶数分配小组,共60例。30例分设常规组,开展常规精神科护理干预,30例分设干预组,在常规组护理方案基础上,另开展认知-行为疗法的应用。比对患者住院28d后两组患者应对方式问卷、抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表得分异同。结果干预组患者应对方式评分中的合理化与幻想部分得分差距无统计学意义(P> 0.05),自责、回避、求助和解决问题指标上均优于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);干预组患者焦虑自评评分与抑郁自评评分均低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论于抑郁症患者护理中运用认知-行为疗法,可提高患者的应对方式,同时改善患者的抑郁情绪,为精神科护理增效。
Objective To study the clinical effect of cognitive-behavioral therapy in the nursing of patients with depression. Methods From January 2019 to February 2020, depression patients were treated in our hospital.In-patient bed parity distribution group, there were 60 cases. 30 cases were divided into routine groups, carry out routine psychiatric nursing intervention, 30 cases were divided into intervention groups, on the basis of routine group care, in addition, the application of cognitive-behavioral therapy was carried out. The scores of coping style questionnaire,depression self-rating scale and anxiety self-rating scale were different after 28 days of hospitalization. Results The difference between rationalization and fantasy part of the patient response score in the intervention group was not statistically significant(P > 0.05), the self-blame, avoidance, solve the problem and help index were better than the regular group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The self-assessment scores of anxiety and depression in the intervention group were lower than those in the routine group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of cognitive-behavioral therapy in the nursing of patients with depression can improve the coping style of patients, improve the depression mood of patients, and increase the efficiency of psychiatric nursing.
