护理干预对改善癫痫儿童生活质量及预后的应用效果

Nursing Intervention to Improve the Quality of Life and Prognosis of Children With Epilepsy

目的探讨癫痫儿童实施综合护理干预对其生活质量及预后的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2019年10月我院收治的60例癫痫儿童,采取1:1比例分为对照组30例与试验组30例,对照组护理干预以常规护理为主,试验组护理干预以综合护理干预为主。对比分析两组患儿护理前后生活质量、预后及满意度情况。结果两组儿童生活质量在护理前比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);在护理后较护理前均提高,试验组较对照组评分显著,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组与对照组癫痫发作总体控制率分别为96.67%、73.33%,试验组较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组与对照组护理满意度分别为96.67%、76.67%,试验组较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论癫痫儿童实施综合护理干预可促进其生活质量提升,对患儿预后效果好。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life and prognosis of children with epilepsy.Methods A total of 60 children with epilepsy admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into a 1:1 ratio of 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the experimental group.The nursing intervention in the control group was mainly routine nursing,while the nursing intervention in the experimental group was mainly comprehensive nursing intervention. The quality of life, prognosis and satisfaction of the two groups of children before and after nursing were compared. Results There was no statistical difference in quality of life between the two groups before nursing(P > 0.05). After nursing, compared with before nursing, the score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical difference(P < 0.05).The overall control rates of the experimental group and the control group were 96.67% and 73.33%, respectively. The experimental group was higher than the control group, with statistical difference(P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group and the control group were 96.67% and 76.67%, respectively. The experimental group was higher than the control group, with statistical difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for children with epilepsy can improve their quality of life, and the prognosis of children with epilepsy is good.
