精细化管理在老年病房安全管理中的应用

Application of Fine Management in Safety Management of Geriatric Ward

目的探讨精细化管理应用于老年病房安全管理的效果。方法选择2018年10月—2019年10月在我院老年病科收治的80例老年患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例),对照组采取常规病房安全管理,观察组采取精细化病房安全管理。将两组不良事件发生率、满意率及护患纠纷发生率进行比较。结果观察组不良事件发生率及护患纠纷发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组满意率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论将精细化管理模式应用于老年病房安全管理中效果明显,能够提高病房安全管理的质量,有效减少安全风险事件的发生,为老年患者提供良好的住院环境,保障其健康安全。

Objective To explore the effect of fine management applied to the safety management of geriatric ward. Methods A total of 80 elderly patients in the geriatrics department of our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(40 cases) and observation group(40 cases). The control group adopted routine ward safety management, and the observation group adopted refined ward safety management. The incidence of adverse events, management quality score and the incidence of nurse patient disputes were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse events and nurse patient disputes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The management quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of fine management mode in the elderly ward safety management has obvious effect, can significantly improve the quality of ward safety management, effectively reduce the occurrence of safety risk events, provide a good hospital environment for elderly patients, and ensure their health and safety.
